Office and Appointment Hours
The American River Tax Services, Inc. office maintains traditional office hours; however we can and often are able schedule outside hours apointments to meet your specific needs.
As experienced tax professionals, our schedules and office hours vary greatly during the tax year and we make every possible attempt to meet the demand for appointments, especially during the crunch times of spring and fall.
Therefore, our posted office hours adjust accordingly to specific demands such as the April 15, September 15, October 15, and December 31 deadlines. You are encouraged to schedule and confirm appointments early to avoid the rush. Please check with your ARTS professional or contact the office for more information.
Our Current Office Hours are as follows:
Monday thru Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Outside office hours, including Saturdays and Sundays – by appointment only
